About Vijay

We are navigating a massive technology inflection point. Yet, much of the public discourse remains trapped in an echo chamber of breathless technical hype or defensive skepticism.

I write to bridge that gap.

True enterprise leadership isn’t about chasing tools; it is about the structural economics of transformation—knowing how to fundamentally rewrite the unit economics of global workflows while enforcing strict operational governance, margin protection, and risk management.

Andvijaysays.com is a collection of my personal frameworks, counter-theses, and operating philosophies. It is a space designed for executives, board directors, and strategic practitioners who want to cut through the noise and analyze the macro realities of scale, capital allocation, and business model preservation.

The Intersection of Technology & Capital

My career has been defined by a deliberate dual focus: I am an engineer by training, backed by an MBA in Finance. This unique lens allows me to seamlessly bridge deep technical complexity with boardroom ROI and enterprise balance sheets.

I have spent decades running hard toward major technology paradigm shifts across elite enterprise software giants, high-growth modern tech databases, and global digital service engines—including leadership tenures at IBM, SAP, and MongoDB.

Today, I serve as the Global Agentic AI Officer at Genpact, where I drive the convergence of emerging technology execution, corporate development, joint ventures, and inorganic growth strategies (M&A).

Beyond the Tech

Outside of corporate strategy and technology architecture, my world is anchored by a few distinct constants:

* Systemic Ethics: I am deeply committed to pushing the conversation forward on ethics in computing and responsible corporate governance.

* Personal Anchors: I am a passionate follower of cricket and a proud dog lover.

Let’s drive the industry forward. Connect with me directly on LinkedIn or track my real-time updates on Twitter [@vijayasankarv].
